Popup theme issue

Yes, we’ve tried changing to other popup themes, and the controls are failing to work. This is why we are writing to you.

Just checked your site, and everything seems ok.
You use the second theme which has black background and maybe this confusing you.
We also try to change the themes and nothing special.

We have checked the screenshots you have provided, and actually the palm tree picture you are talking about is just a sample picture to just show you how your popup will look like.
We have also checked your site and everything is ok, it’s working.
