Popup up not showing

    After setting everything up, the policy page was created, but no popup to be found on the website. I tried with /?nocache, in incognito mode, on mobile and in another browser (I use Chrome, I tried Firefox and Edge).

    Hi @lamatryoshka,

    It looks like the website uses a custom theme, and possibly does not include the required WordPress hooks which Complianz needs to load correctly, such as wp_head() and wp_footer();

    Could you check whether the behavior is resolved by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme, such as one of the “Twenty Twenty-” themes?

    If the banner does appear upon switching to a default theme, the above would seem to be the most-likely explanation.

    That was sooo stupid. I’m so sorry. It was missing the wp_footer(). Thank you so much.
