Popup video still open when i close popup

    Hello,

    I have a popup with a video, inside an iframe from youtube ”
    <iframe src=”…autoplay=1″ width=”420″ height=”300″ frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen=”allowfullscreen”></iframe>
    ”

    It contains a trigger to not open it again for a month, but when i refresh the page, the pop up doesnt appear, but the sound of the video starts, like if it was playing on the background.

    How can i solve this?

    The only way i figured to avoid this was to turn off “autoplay” but i want the video with Autoplay..

    This is a recent issue that arose with another user of our plugin. Our plugin developer will be interested in learning more about your issue, and duplicating the problem in his test environment.

    Please resubmit your support request to https://wppopupmaker.com/support. It’s easier to forward support requests to the plugin developer that way.

    In your support request, please include the content that you added in your popup content editor. While we’re at it (so we rule out any plugin or theme conflict), please upload a System Info File from your site.
