Popup will not close on submit

    I created and embeded a Ninja Form with a submit button. It appears fine, and when I click ‘submit’ – the form works as expected, clearing the data.

    How do I get the popup to close? I’ve tried all the options under Form Submit and it reloads the popup without the Ninja Form.

    Also, I tried to embed a javascript form, and that never appeared. Do you not support this type of form?

    This is strange, because form should close by default on form submit. Can you try in settings changing “Load PopUp using” option and in Form submit choose “Always close after form subit”?

    Also, I tried to embed a javascript form, and that never appeared. Do you not support this type of form?

    Can you show me code you were trying to use?

    You can close this request – we decided to use another pop up plugin for now.
