Popup will not display

    Hey there robertoeruiz,

    How are you doing today?

    Thanks for the information and the screenshots. I’ve checked the page where this popup is supposed to be displayed and I can see that there is an error in the conflict so my best guess is that this is related to some sort of a conflict.

    Can you please test for plugin/theme conflicts by using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
