Popup window not scrolling

I just updated to WP 4.4.1. Doubtful this would even be the issue.
I am using Popup Maker with Gravity forms on this page:
https://pcgs51.staging.wpengine.com/pcgs-price-grid/Click on the graphics on the left or the center and you will see a popup window appear. Thes two of my popups on this page will not scroll. Only the darkened page background behind the popups will scroll. So the visitor cannot scroll to the bottom of the form.
I am using different forms on another page <https://pcgs51.staging.wpengine.com/wordpress-maintenance/> on the site but they seem to work just fine. I cannot see what the difference is between these pages or even when I compare the popups side by side. Can you tell me why they are not working?
