Popup window times out after adding AirBnB link

I’m trying to add an AirBnB review widget but after adding the link in the settings, the popup window just spins without loading, indefinitely. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. We’ve had the AIrBnB widget working in the past but just need to change the URL of the listing.
