Popup window unresponsive

    Hi there,

    The popup window does not allow a message to be entered, nor the “Add gift wrap to order” button to be clicked.The Cancel button is not clickable either.

    I have tried in multiple browsers.

    The link I specified is for the store, where you will need to add something to the cart to see what the cart shows.

    Thanks for asking.

    Since this plugin does not work with every theme, and cannot possibly work with every theme, please switch to a WordPress theme like twentytwenty and try again. If it is still broken when you switch to a WordPress theme, reinstate your fundrize theme and then deactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the plugin conflict causing the Wrapper to break. This is WordPress troubleshooting.

    I suspect something called “Pop Up Maker…”

    Please let me know what you find.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    So it works fine with Twenty19, but when I revert back to Fundrize and disable all plugins except Woocommerce and this plugin, the problem remains.

    So it looks like a conflict with Fundrize unfortunately.

    I get a sense that it is something very simple, as it almost works! I know you can’t take responsibility for every integration, but is there anywhere in particular you can suggest I can play around to try and get this to work?

    Try something like this:

    .woocommerce-page #page {z-index:1041}
.woocommerce-page #site-header, .woocommerce-page #footer {z-index:0}

    Unfortunately your site doesn’t have more specific selectors to only do this on cart and checkout page. That’s either your Woo setup or the theme, which I’m not a big fan of this evening.
