popup with FancyBox & Easy Fancy Box

I’ve installed Easy FancyBox and Activated it. I’ve installed PopupwFancyBox and Activated it. They both indicate they are activated.

I’ve created a PopupwFancyBox in the popup message and saved it. The information area indicates the ID =1.
I do not see anything other than the Plugins where it says or shows anything about Easy FancyBox being present. None the less, I created a shortlink inside an HTML text box using your example:

It doesn’t work work. I’ve tried revising the shortcode to be different things but, none work.
Can you see something I’ve done wrong?
