  • Greetings CodeGeek,

    I’ve got you:

How to Close a Popup When a Form is Submitted

I also suggest reading part of our Using Cookies & Triggers Together Guide here. Scroll down a small bit to Example #3 – that is you.

We’ve also released an article that also covers the steps to this process as well, all are great sources of info!

Let us know if you continue to have issues.

    Regards,

    Walter

Hmm, I just tried adding that script with updated popup ids to the Confirmation of my Gravity Form and Disabling Auto-formatting. Is that were the script should go?

Here are my other settings if that’s helpful

Triggers: Auto Open, None, Delay: 3000
Cookies: On Popup Close, pum-1618, 1 month

@codegeek – In this case I am seeing a JS error, can you remove the script in the GForms confirmation message so I can try it without that.

I see a really old version of Rev Slider so you may want to check for a theme update if thats where you got it. Older versions were incompatible with a lot of other plugins that use jQuery a lot.

    Hope that helps.

We no longer had Rev Slider in use so I deleted it and a handful of other plugins and that appears to have solved the issue. Thank you for your help!
