Popup Won’t Close on Click

Can someone tell me why the popup on my homepage wont close after it’s opened? (https://prowebsiteupgrade.com)
Just go to the homepage listed & click “Free Quote”, after you do that the popup should activate. As you can see, it won’t close — can someone tell me how I can fix this?
