It will close if using Google Chrome, and also will close if using Firefox mobile. In the console log he error that shows is a Permission denied to access property "apply"on the creation of the popup stemming from jquery.min.js:2:71525 and the call stack points to the files pum-site-scripts.js and admin-bar.min.js

    Hello @punkandrock,

We’re sorry you’re seeing that Permission denied error.

I can reproduce the error using Firefox on Windows 10. But, when I use a Firefox private window, there’s no issue.

Here’s a short screencast of what I mean.

Can you please try using a private window or disabling all of your addons?

If that doesn’t work, this Firefox support thread outlines some other steps you can take.

Let us know how that goes ??

    Have a great day!

    Had same problem.

The problem (in our case) was in LastPass FF addon – when it is running, Close button doesn’t work. After lastPass addon disabling and page refresh, everything is working fine ??

Most addons are disabled usually in Incognito mode, that is why it works in Incognito ??
(with manually enabled Lastpass in incognito mode “Close” button doesn’t work too).

Maybe in your case it is another addon (my primary suspect was Adblock initially).

    Hope it helps someone ??
