Popup won't show 2nd time after closing it

    Hello

    I trigger my popups by using CSS selectors, which is working just fine.

    But I am experiencing following issue:

    Whenever I close a triggered popup and try to re-trigger it, it only shows the overlay and NOT the actual popup.

    I have tried to deactivate plugins but with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    @melh2605 – Hmm, I can’t see anything in particular such as an error, it appears that the animation gets stopped midstream. Maybe try setting the animation type to none for testing.

    I have the exact same problem that I am trying to figure out. When a visitor clicks on a button the popup launches properly. But if the popup is closed, it will not relaunch.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    @danieliser – None of my popups have had animation, and as far I know there isn’t any setting for the closing animation.

    However, I did try setting the animation from none to anything else (eg. fade), and that actually seems to work!

    So to conclude the issue:
    No animation = Issue
    Any animation (Fade, Slide, etc) = No issue

    @emmalone – Try setting your popup animation from NONE to any kind of animation. That worked for me.

    @melh2605 – So it is the opposite of what I thought :). Here I have been telling people to try None animation and that is the issue. I think that actually tells me exactly what the problem is. Will get it patched in v1.4.10 with a few other things.

    @emmalone – Thanks for not holding it against me :).

    Will get this patched up. Going to mark this one resolved as I 100% know why it is happening now.

    v1.4.10 will contain the fix, likely out in the next day or so.

    Hello , congratulations for the plugin .

    But I took the animations now when I click a second time displays only the overlay , I noticed is an empty div in the page bottom too.

    I did a test here and returned to animation to modal and now is working perfectly. This plugin is very good indeed , helps me a lot . Congratulations.

    @lenz_poa – Are you confirming that setting the animation to anything other than “None” fixes it for you? if so I already have a fix prepared :).
