PopupBoxPro with “bevel emboss” effect around the outside

    Hi there
    Why has my PopupBoxPro Window a 1px black and white “bevel emboss” effect around the outside?
    I have tryed to set the border around the window to 0 but except from the border radius the border settings seem not to work at all.
    Also the color of the “close” (x) button don’t work and stays only black.
    Any idea what could be the problem?

    As to the 1st point.
    Our Dev Team has created a new CSS code to achieve your desired result.

    Please take the following CSS code and insert it into the Theme > Customize > Additional CSS.
    Don’t forget to clear caches.

    div[class*='ays-pb-modal_'].ays-pb-food-template-window {
    border: unset !important;
    }

    As to the 2nd point.
    We will check out the case and will get back to you.
    As for now, we are checking out your site and can notice that you achieved your desired result by setting up an image.

    Thank you very much for your great help! The CSS works very well.
    Yes I did insert a image for the close button to acheive the desired result. So for the moment it is all fine for me.
