Popups are always showing

    Hi, I am testing your plugin in a website under construction, I’m finding it great but I have a problem that I cannot solve: popups are showing everytime I load the page and there’s no way to get rid of them.

    I’ve read the support requests of users with the same problem, but their solutions are not working for me (for example I avoided setting both “Display once per session” and “Display popup once per user”, I have tried both individually but without success).

    Could it be that this is a multi-site project?

    Please note that the link provided is private, to open the page you need the username ‘pavanello’ and the password ‘riviera’ (of course these credentials are just to view the website, they are not admin credentials).

    We have checked this case and noticed that everything works fine with these options on our end.?
    Then, we checked your website and noticed that you are currently using a Cache plugin. Most presumably, the problem is connected to the cache.?

    So, firstly, you can make a?DB?backup?for?your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).
    Then,?clear?all?the?caches?and check whether the issue persists or not.?

    After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode or?another browser/device.?Then, let us know about the outcome.
