Popups do not work on any browser

    Hi,

    I encounter an issue regarding the popups that are not showing up on my website even if properly created one and follow the differents steps needed.

    Normally, the popup should be working as soon as I click on any button situated on the right of my table. I also tried to put a shortcode at the end of the page to see if it was a problem linked with the CSS class I’ve added (.register) but it doesn’t work either.

    Could you please help me figure out how to make the popup work ?

    I don’t know why but the shortcode is know working. Unfortunately the click on the CSS class I’ve added doesn’t work for the moment….

    Hi @virginie2704,

    From what I see on your site you’re using Ninja Forms for that table, is that correct?
    Is the issue happening only when using Ninja Form element? What happens if you put some HTML like this in your page:
    <button class="register">Test</button>
    Does the trigger work in that case for you?

    Yes, indeed I’m using Ninja Forms. Sorry, I haven’t mentionned it at first.

    It’s very odd because if I add the following
    <button class="register"><i class="far fa-check-circle"></i></button>
    in my page it works. On the button I’ve added but also when I click on the button situated in the table !

    Well, that’s strange, I just wanted to check if HTML on it’s own will work, didn’t expect it to get other buttons working like this…
    Could you go to Ninja Forms > Import/Export panel, export your form, upload it to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so I could import it on my test site to do some further tests there?
