Popups don’t work

If I target on custom taxonomy – it works perfectly. The popup shows up on custom post type pages, associated with the needed term id of the custom taxonomy.

you have multiple version of jquery running your site and also multiple javascript errors. You need to fix that or popups won’t work I’m afraid because the jquery document ready is not being fired.

I would recommend removing your custom jquery version probably added by the theme and leave the wordpress default one.

No, but I still see lot of javascript errors on that page.

And if we replace the wordpress jquery version by newer one? The problem is that with the wp old version some of our scripts don’t work

The WP Popup plugin has been tested with the default Jquery of WordPress, but if you wish, you can test it with other versions and see if it works.

Hello. So we’ve tried to install this plugin on our live site __eto-razvod.ru

It works, BUT:

something is wrong with custom taxonomies…
Both casino and page post types has custom taxonomy affiliate-tags

It seems to work on casino post type: __eto-razvod.ru/review/cryptobo/
But doesn’t work on the page post type: __eto-razvod.ru/binary-options-training/

What could be wrong with that? I’m sure it’s not Jquery. May be something’s wrong with passing the post ID? Cause we have shortcodes, created by the old theme, maybe they destroy something…

2) What is /review/cryptobo/? “review” is the parent of “cryptobo”?
3) Could you send to us a screenshot of your rules in Wppopups?

It means that the popup will appear in a post with these features:
– Broker post type
– Affiliate-tags taxonomy called “bi”
– It does not apply to page, post or casino.

You need to apply to each one of the taxonomies:
