popups in admin plugins page blank

  • While logged into the admin section and on the plugins page when I click on a plugin link i.e ” View version 5.0.23 details” all i get is a blank page pop up.

    I’ve tried disabling/moving all plugins, changing theme, different browsers but all the same. Anyone come across this?

    UPDATE: If i right click and open in new tab it loads as expected? I tried a fresh install of wp on a different domain and the pop works fine.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi as per my op i’ve already tried disabling plugins/changing theme etc.

    After rolling back to an earlier backup pops work fine until I install letsencrypt certificate.
