Popups not scrolling in iOs on mobile

    I am trying to use a popup to show an order for our product on my website. It works great on my computer, but doesn’t work on mobile. I’m unable to scroll, instead of scrolling the popup, it scrolls the page behind the popup so that I can’t get to the submit button at the bottom of the popup.

    It looks like you have the popup set to “Fixed”.

    From the Popup Editor, scroll down and look for the Display Settings Pane. Under the Position Section, you’ll find the Fixed Position Setting. Make sure that is disabled.

    Also, if you are using the Scrollable Content Feature, disable that as well. That would only be available if you’re using a “Custom” sized popup. We recommend setting a “Responsive” size popup so that it will scale appropriately with mobile devices.
