Popups not triggering in IE

  • Thanks for this great plugin! I have utilized on multiple sites and on a few places in the site I linked. The problem that I’m encountering is the popups (floor plans, event requests, etc.) don’t show up/trigger on IE11.

    I tested on Windows 10, IE11.

    The site runs:
    Divi Theme – 4.9.7
    Popups for Divi Plugin – 3.0.3
    PHP – 7.4.20

    I noticed that in the console (this only shows on IE11) this error in the minified plugin scripts:
    Object doesn't support property or method 'padStart' front.min.js (1,13694)

    I tried triggering by class name instead of link as referenced in the end of this support ticket as well, and that did not fix the issue.

    Do you have any advice on how to go about resolving this? Let me know if there’s anything else I can provide. Thanks in advance!

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

    We had some issues due to Divi update but it has been addressed and fixed. However, automatic update, is still a known bug and we are looking into it.

    Meanwhile, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.
