Popups not working since last update

When I first installed Popups for Divi, it worked great. It seems that after the last update, something has happened and the popups are no longer visible. On a another website that I created last fall, I used this plugin and this was before the “Popup” menu item (with the button “This is a Popup”) was not there. I had to manually enter the CSS ID and make the CSS Class “popup.” I checked that site and those popups are still working even though the plugin has been updated (although the settings are still as I described above). So I went to my new site and tried to configure the popups in the same way, forgoing cliking the “This is a Popup” button. But it did not fix the problem.
