Porn link on site page but not in dashboard

Its really 3.8.5… I have a page: .
If you go to the source code and look at this line: Listed below are some excellent websites for the students you will also see <span class=’xzpyglblaezsjcjqmct’>lesbian porn</span>….this link shows up sometimes ans then disapears, but since this is a Catholic School site the pressure is on. My research tells me that the page online is stored in the sql database…Is there any way to get to it to remove this line??? If I delete and remake the page will that work??? Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me…steve
