Portfoilum gallery trouble

  • I am trying to change over to the WPshower theme “portfolium” (https://portfolium.wpshower.com/)
    It is a great looking theme but I cant get the image gallery to work like it does in the demo. I dont know if I am missing an unmentioned plug in or if I am doing something wrong.

    I keep getting a vertical continuous collage instead of the gallery with numbers.
    Please let me know anyone can help in anyway. I am at my wits end.
