• Hi there,

Just loosing my mind here, I initially had this issue where my edit doesn’t apply when logged out, so I deactivated some of my unused plugins & cleared cache and now it was working fine,

And today, I just realized my top portfolio categories are missing. (they sld be right besides my logo on the top left corner when hovered) same issue again, as the categories shows fine when Im logged in, but when Im logged out, it just disappears. As far as I know, non of the deactivated plugins are related to this (and isn’t it already built function anyway?) but no idea how its not showing up anymore..

Just in case, here are all the plugins that I have (as in activated or deactivated states)
    -Akismet Anti-Spam (deactivated)
    -All in one Favicon (activated)
-ARVE Advanced Responsive Video Embedder (Deactivated)
    -CoBlocks (deactivated)
    -Contact Form 7 (activated)
    -Default to GD (activated)
    -Easy google fonts (activated)
    -Elementor (deactivated)
    -Force Regenerate Thumbnails (deactivated)
    -FV Player (activated)
    -Gravity forms (activated)
    -MailChimp for WordPress (activated)
    -Typekit Fonts for WordPress 9activated)
    -WerkStatt – Required Plugin (activated)
    -WooCommerce (deactivated)
-WP Fastest Cache (deactivated as not available with my version)
    -WP Image Zoom (deactivated)
    -WPBakery Visual Composer (activated)

Much much be appreciated if anyone can help,

    Thank you,

No, WordPress doesn’t come with any “Portfolio” content type. This is from your aptly named theme: “Werkstatt – Creative Portfolio WordPress Theme”.

And as your theme is a commercial product, there’s not much we can do to help you here, because WordPress support volunteers are not given access to commercial themes and plugins. Thus we’re unable to install the theme and help you fix this portfolio feature that came with the theme.

Please contact the theme’s author or the marketplace where you bought the theme for support. See:

    Good luck!

Hi thank you for your message,

I understand you can’t help me with more details but Im having a very hard time fixing this issue on my own and can’t seem to ask for help to the author as the max support is 12 months

The main problem I am facing is that when Im logged in, all the portfolio filter of the sites work perfectly but when Im logged out (which will be the display for all the other viewers) they are gone, so maybe its something related to login situation other than a specific theme issue

I would be much appreciated for any further supports.. thank you

As George noted above, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

If you need help with that theme, I suggest contacting the developer and asking what support will cost.
