Portfolio Demo Site

  • Did Make at one time include the ability to select a portfolio template at install time? I thought that I had read that there were three template formats, one of which could be selected at install time. There was a photography demo site based on Make. Was I imagining things or have these options been removed?

    We have a few different Quick Start templates available with Make Plus, but that was never a feature of Make. And yes, we did have some demos, but they’ve been moved as we’re working on putting together better ones. We do have a lot of amazing photographers using our theme though, including Jonathan Goody.

    If you have other questions about Make’s features, I’d be happy to answer any questions!

    Other than what’s available on the Quick Start templates with Make Plus, no. There are many places you can download WordPress test XML files to import though!
