Portfolio dependent on JP?

  • Is the Sketch’s portfolio post type entirely reliant on jetpack’s custom post types? Is there a workaround to enable the portfolio cpt without jetpack activated? I believe the native wp portfolio/ testimonial feature started as a theme feature…

    This is a lovely, lightweight theme and it’s a shame being dragged by jetpacks massive footprint.
