Portfolio Grid and Product Grid not showing

Dear all,
I’m using the Portfolio taxonomy to publish articles on my site https://www.scentandspice.nl. They’re listed under https://www.scentandspice.nl/artikelen/. I have also several products, listed on https://www.scentandspice.nl/shop/
Up to now BetterAMP has been the only plugin which converts my site into AMP without completely messing up the layout. So far so good. The individual portfolio items and products show up OK.
The problem is that both the Portfolio grid and the Shop grid give a “404”. Can anybody help me?

OK, this is weird: when I add a question mark before AMP, the shop page is recognized, but also hidden (concept) products are shown! The portfolio grid is still empty but shows a page at least.
But how do I add a question mark to the links (menu and other links)?
