Portfolio Grid Image Ratio set to Square – not working

    In Theme Options, under Portfolio Archive Pages, I’ve set the Porfolio Grid Ratio to Square but it doesn’t seem to be working – the thumbnails are all different shapes and sizes. I would like them all to be all square-shaped and the same size. Is this possible? Many thanks!

    Hey,
    In Theme Options > Home Page Layout > Module Portfolio Grid what do you have the Portfolio Grid image ratio set to? The homepage pulls from a different setting than the archive settings.

    Thanks, Hanna, it is set to square as well. The portfolio grid is on the Gallery page rather than the Home page. Is there somewhere else I should be looking to adjust this detail? Thanks for your help.

    Oh sorry. In your gallery edit page under Portfolio Grid Options do you see an option to adjust the portfolio type?

    Under Types, I only have the option of All Types.

    Hmm, I’m not sure why your portfolio is overriding the grid settings. Have you tried deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting? I suggest starting there. Let me know if there’s no change!

    Thanks, Hannah, I tried deactivating the plugins to see if any of them were overriding the grid settings, but that hasn’t worked. My client has decided to just leave the gallery as it is, with the different-sized thumbnails, as she just wants to finish it. I wish I could have found a solution for her, but I will leave it for now. Thanks for your help.
