• The portfolio images are not showing up and just give a constant loading symbol. Some of the categories pull up no images at all even though all categories have at least 1 image. If you click on the thumbnail the image will pull up (from what I’ve seen so far). Tried changing the image size, amount on the page etc. and nothing has worked. Here is the link to the site if anyone can help. https://demarillacformal.com/gallery/

  • Hi,

I checked you website and noticed that the source of images on the gallery pages is set by a Javascript file. And so the problem is with javascript.

Is this problem since beginning or only recently? One of the possible reasons could be other plugin’s javascript would be conflicting with that of the theme.

Incase you installed any plugin recently, then deactivate that plugin and check. If that does not work then deactivate all the plugins and check.

Let me know if any of these solution work.

It was working for the most part on day 1. Then on day 2 it was stuck on the loading icons thereafter. I tried to deactivate the plugins and it didn’t work still. I also updated them all and still no luck. Any other suggestions? I’m at a loss as to why it’s happening all of a sudden. Thanks!

Looks like changing the image sizes helped them load. But some of the categories don’t bring up any images at all (even to load). I made sure they were all in categories and everything and some just don’t come up at all.

I’m having trouble with 3 .jpg images i loaded into Portfolio. They show up perfectly fine in the edit mode, but when going to our website they show up as if they are missing. Here’s the webpage and the products are AFP, ERG and EGFR. https://www.sdix.com/products-services/ihc-antibodies/

These were .tiff files that were converted to .jpgs.

Can someone help me understand what is wrong?

    Check the screenshot.

If you know HTML then you would understand that the <img> tag has no src value set and so image does not load.

I don’t know what are you using to show the images there. But just check in the Media -> Library that the image you are trying to show exists.
