For the Sketch theme, the theme is presented with one screenshot (a main image with rows of thumbnails) but I am finding it impossible to get the theme to appear like this. Am I missing something?

If I select the Portfolio Page Template for my portfolio page, then I cannot post anything, due to the error mentioned above.

Update: Now, when I click the link “Ready to publish your first project? Get started here.”, nothing happens.

    Hi @davidconnelldotcom,

If I select the Portfolio Page Template for my portfolio page, then I cannot post anything, due to the error mentioned above.

It looks like you’ve been able to get the portfolio layout working since the last post in this thread — I’m now seeing a gridded layout and several published projects. Please let me know if you are still having trouble though.

Hello. Yes, I found a way to have things as I hoped. The problem with the link was not resolved, but I found other menus for creating a project. This has involved a great deal of trial and error.

I used a different WordPress theme for quite a long time, several years ago; returning to WordPress now, I find it more challenging to figure out. There isn’t much that is intuitive.

Sorry to hear that. The guide here may be helpful for you:
