Portfolio Items don’t show up in mobile

Alright, so I have updated everything for the the theme and plugins and to current version of WordPress; however, I am still stuck with this issue. The portfolio items (I renamed them to projects) have been showing up on desktop no problem and works in the device preview for Chrome, but when you pull the site up on an actual mobile phone there are no project items showing on the home page or projects page, almost as if I have not entered any.
