Portfolio items not being found

Hi Hannah, sorry for the late reply.
my permilinks are set to;
Under common settings
Post name https://backroadsmotos.com/sample-post/
There’s nothing under optional.

When you preview your individual portfolio posts from the are they showing correctly? What is showing in the URL?

the grid page of the portfolio items do show correctly but when i click on any individual item I get the not found message.

When you are editing the individual portfolio post, are you click Preview and see the page?

no I get the same not found message

Have you created a portfolio grid page? I’m only seeing the portfolio type page. Try creating a page using the Portfolio page template. https://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue-free/portfolio-page-template/
Be sure to clear your cache and re-save your permalinks. Does that make a difference?

I just tried and it’s still not working. It’s weird that I can preview it but as soon as I hit publish i get the not found message.

Can you link to your portfolio page?
I’ll send this to the developer to see if he can see what I’m likely overlooking.

Have you gone into the settings > permalinks and clicked save?

If so what plugins do you have installed, likely there is another portfolio plugin that is conflicting. For example, jetpack has portfolio posts options that could conflict.

Have to checked to see if the Portfolio setting in Jetpack is turned off? Or you can try deactivating jetpack to test. let us know if there’s no change.
