    Hello,

I am building a WP website in a local environment – I installed the free portfolio plugin and everything was working just fine. I decided to upgrade to the premium package to have access to more options. So I deleted all my projects and portfolios, uninstalled the free plugin and installed the new premium plugin. I added a few projects and placed the shortcode on a page. The page showed blank. I uninstalled everything again, removed portfolio and project tables from the database and uploaded a new test portfolio. I placed it on a page and, once again, the page is blank. The shortcode is on the page with the correct ID number.

I removed all plugins to test for conflicts, but nothing happened.

I noticed a JS error though. Please, take a look at this link.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Marco,

It’s a JS file that needs to be updated. I thought they were going to fix it… if you send me your email, I can send it to you and you could give it a try. It may be a different issue though.

    Thanks,
    Mariana
