    Hi all,

I just thought that I would mention that the iOS app for WordPress does not allow for the editing of Portfolio objects. I don’t know if there are already plans to include this in the app, but I thought I would bring up the topic in case it was not already being discussed and worked on.

    Thanks

    Brandon

Portfolios are not part of wp-core. What plugin (or theme) are you using for that feature? I recommend asking their support sub-forum here so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Hi Steven,

I noticed it had appeared on the WordPress Dashboard for the web version. I think that it may be linked to Jetpack because before the changeover to Jetpack for analytics it was not available on the web version.

I’m currently using the Quadrat theme on my site and added a project to the portfolio which I have linked to the navigation so if you want to see the page generated by this Portfolio it is live now at https://brandonljballard.com/portfolio-2/

I only have the one project right now but I was able to see that it’s possible to arrange multiple projects on a page in a tile format.

I only recently noticed it on my dashboard so it could be that it is a new feature. I’d like to link it to whichever plugin it is associated with but I never installed it in the first place.

    Thanks

    Brandon

Aha. Your site is on wordpress.com. Due to the differences between the various “types” of WordPress offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com support instead: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/

Thanks for the information. It seems the WordPress iOS app sent me to www.ads-software.com support not WordPress.com support.

I came straight here from the link in the app so I didn’t realise there was a difference in the two.

    Thank You for you help

    Brandon
