Hello,

I’m working on developing the portfolio section of moxon.co. I am having a few issues with the portfolio. The responsive thumbnails is something I think I can troubleshoot myself, but my real problem is that I can’t get to my full portfolio pages.

When I go to any one of the posts, I get a 404. When I generate and edit these pages, everything looks kosher in the CMS, and I can even see all of the items listed here with teasers of the paragraph and images.

For some reason, the vanity url/post name is not linking to the actual page.

I messed around in phpMyAdmin a little to see if I could discover where these pages were actually linking (take this for example), but that is unfamiliar territory for me. What variables should I be looking at to make sure that linking is occurring properly in the SQL db? Is there an easier solution?

To clarify, I don’t believe this is using the portfolio plugin. Or maybe it is. It’s a part of the theme SmartStart.

I’m curious about this also as I seem to have hit on this issue suddenly with Smart Start.

Appreciate any help.

Suddenly it’s showing 404s on every item though everything remains configured and unchanged on the backend.

Hi there,

Hope you’re both doing well.
Did you manage to fix these issues and if yes how?
I am still getting the “This is somehow embarrassing” error message.
I can see the portfolio just fine but whenever I want to open a particular project, I get the error.
I tried to add the [raw][/raw] code but it didn’t do the trick either.
I’m a total beginner with wordpress so I tried to have a look at the style.css and the single portfolio.php but obviously, all seemed normal to em.

Could you please give me a hand with all this? I’m turning crazy.
