Background images for portfolio projects were working and now have stopped. I tried making a new one to test, but that does not appear either. The widget is on the homepage and on it’s own page. Neither work with background images.

Also, I have 4 projects currently displaying. Two link to a project page, the other two link to an image. When you click a project linked to an image, the correct image appears, but it cycles through a gallery of an odd order. I don’t know why it is doing a gallery and not the single image.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hello,

    Sorry for our late response.

Could it be after some updates?
Which theme version are you using at this moment?

I am not sure, but most likely occurred after updating. I am on current version, 3.0.3 I believe it is.

Just checked, it is on 3.1.3

Also, checking the code from inspect elements, I can see that the background image link is not pulling into the style of the CSS. Style property is blank. Assuming that is dynamically pulled from a php tag? I don’t have enough to php knowledge to track it down quickly. Maybe something was missed when updating?

Can you please download / install 3.0.0 version and confirm that there is not issue with background images?

still has the issue with 3.0.0

Interesting, but portfolio item images are still attached inside edit page?

    Thread Starter spfskyline

    (@spfskyline)

That is correct. I usually update factory1.hof-mock-el.com first to make sure nothing breaks and then hof-mock-el.com. Factory1 works fine, but hof-mock-el is not. Very strange.

We made new beta version where this issue should be fixed.
    Download here.

Please let us know if it worked.

It appears to be working now. Thanks for the help!

Any way to adjust the gallery that happens when you click on a portfolio page not linked to another single page?

We are glad that it worked.

Without code modification it is not possible.
