Portfolio Type: Gallery issues

  • I have a student running 4.3.2 using the Hipsta Theme

    Has these plugins installed:

    • Contact Form 7
    • Jetpack
    • Portfolio Post Type
    • WP Bakery Visual Composer

    He has several Portfolios created with the Portfolio Type set to ‘Gallery’.
    In the created gallery each has at least two images.
    On the actual compiled page, there is only 1 image and then empty for the others.

    If I inspect the code there is a figure tag but no child image.

    Anyone else having this issue?
