Porto Theme Conflict

    Hi,

    The Porto Theme has some extra options in the standard WP appearance > menu page for each menu item, like for creating a mega menu. With your plugin activated, the extra options are not visible anymore. Any idea which causes this conflict and how it can be fixed? Thank you!

    Thank you for reporting this.

    The problem is likely that both plugins try to modify the nav menu options in a conflicting way, and by doing so, one overrides the other.

    Restrict User Access uses a custom filter wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields that is utilized by other popular plugins such as Nav Menu Roles and Menu Icons by ThemeIsle.

    Can you open a support thread for Porto Theme and make the developers aware of this conflict? You can link to this thread, and I’ll be happy to help get it resolved.
