Deactivate all plugins and switch to 2013 wordpress theme. Then test to see if you experience the issues still. If not, then reactivate each plugin one by one and test the issues to see if they occur with that single new plugin activated. If it still works, move to the next plugin. Once you activate a plugin which causes wpsc Support Tickets to fail, then you’ve located the conflicting plugin. Post the results here and I’ll see if I can make my plugin work with the conflicting plugin.

    Hi,

Going back to my first post, what I mean is: the psc-support-tickets-pt_BR.mo file isn’t OK.

When I upgrade the plugin, I need to recreate it using the command
    msgfmt -o wpsc-support-tickets-pt_BR.mo wpsc-support-tickets-pt_BR.po

By the way, after months using this plugin, I can say this is an wonderful job.

I disabled all other plugins. Support Ticket not allow the inclusion of characters in the text box.
    Would your text editor?
A test with TinyMCE could be done?
