Portuguese translation

    Hi, I’ve been trying to find a portuguese translation for this wonderful plugin and noticed that is not that easy to find finished translations to it.

    I still working on mine but I would like to share it with the community when I finish.

    How can I do that? Do you guys have a translation project running so I can contribute?
