Posibility to use “Places – Cities” as shipping zone, and not only the “region”

It would be awesome to have the option to choose a “City – Location”, in Chile’s case, a “Comuna”, because a “Region” is way too big.
For example, if my shop is located in the the “Comuna: Las Condes” in “Region: Metropolitana de Santiago”. I would like to make a less expensive delivery for costumers who live in the “Comuna” Las Condes (would be like a city, inside the region), and for other “Comuna” in the “Region: Metropiltiana de Santiago” I want it to be 5 dollar more expensive. And if he lives in a different Region, a way more expensive delivery.

But right now, you can only do this with the “Regions”, but you cant choose “Comunas”.
