Can I custom the position of like/dislike button? Right now it display below of the product title in single product page.

You can use shortcode to place the like button where you need: https://likebtn.com/en/wordpress-like-button-plugin#shortcode.
Also you can customize the position using CSS (you need a basic knowledge of CSS in order to change it): https://likebtn.com/en/like-button-style.
