    We tried changing the settings in expert modus to reposition the badge but they are not applying.

    Thanks a lot for your request!

    The parameter trustcardDirection referred to the opening direction of the Trustbadge, so you can’t use this parameter in order to define the position of the Trustbadge. Here you will find the manual for the customization of the Trustbadge, including the free positioning of this element.
