position of 'Read More' button

At the moment there is no easy way to do so. You can adjust the position of the read more button using CSS, but you can’t actually set it to display before the content, or re-arrange it’s location.

In a future version, this is something that I plan on working into the code base.

I think this also includes the content and design of the “Read More” button? For example, I’d like to change “Read More” into a different language. Or change the color of the button (black letters on dark-red background doesn’t look too good). Or the alignment of the button text. Center-alignment would look much better than being at the very left or very right edge inside the button.
