Position of tags

Dear people:
I do love your theme, but not the placement of tags before the content of the posts. I don’t think it’s a good practice for a news and magazine theme. I prefer them at the bottom, where they don’t interfere with the quick access to the content. I noticed that there are other people who would like to place tags at the bottom of the posts and your answer, generally, is “you can do it if you know how to code”, which is not very helpful if not followed by some instructions. I looked at the paid version of the theme and couldn’t ascertain if it is possible to change the placement of tags in there. Looks like it can’t be done.
Then, please, can you give me some orientation about placing tags on the bottom of the post or even consider the possibility of adding this functionality to the theme?
