    Hi, what’s the situation here? You replied to the Loom video but then nothing else happened.

    Hi Jessica!
    Let’s try a few things:
    – check that when you open the new image (click the sub-size name with the link icon) and clear the cache the image you get the expected one?
    – check that the AJAX request goes to https and there is no error with that (perhaps open the developer tools in your browsers and look in the network tab for that)

    Hi,
    thanks for the feedback.
    When I open the image via the thumb link it is cropped correctly.
    The AJAX request redirects to https and there is no error.

    We do not currently have a caching plugin installed.

    Hi,
    I did not get any notifications from the Loom application about reply on my comment. Based on the feedback you provided now, I presume it’s a browser cache, since accessing the image directly you get the expected crop (the file itself has been processed correctly based on the crop position you put in the settings).
    Have you attempt to purge all browser cache for the page, or tested from a different browser where you did not previously open the page?
