Position the Menu ontop of Header? HELP

  • Hello, year long user of WordPress, but first time poster lol.

    *I would like to place the Menu bar, with all of my pages, to be ontop of my header image; instead of being below the header. I hope you understand what I mean. Just like to position the Menu to be above the header, if possible.

    The wordpress theme I am using is HeatMapPro, and so far I have not found a way to do it using that theme. I guess maybe I would need to go into the code of the index.php or something to make these changes possible.

    Pleaseee Help =)

  • I’d suggest that you start by looking at the theme’s header.php template file.

    You’re right when you say you need to go into the code. The file in question will be the header.php file.

    Does anyone know exactly what to do to the code? I’m not that amazing at coding like some other people on here are. An intermediate at best.
