I’m just another plugin user but I suggest you do the translation here: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/job-postings/stable/ so everyone could got them as well.

I just did it for the French version, then you need to ask the community to validate the translation (wordpressfr.slack.com) and it should be available on the next plugin update.
