• Hello Michael,

Thanks for a very nice plug-in, which for me, works just fine.

I’ve taken a look at your code, but it appears your plug-in simply sits over the top of other headers, or in the case of twentyeleven, places itself on top of the blog page.

I’m new to wordpress and am struggling to understand how I can position your header slideshow in the position I want it on the page.

I’ve tried position absolute in the sceen.css, but it doesn’t appear to make any difference. I guess you have to add a div into the header (or page if you want it lower), but how? How does wordpress call your plug-in and what code do I have to use to position it?

As an aside, information like this would be helpful in the readme, or on the faq.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Thank-you for your question.

The location of the plugin should be able to be modified in the admin section of WordPress, in the header-slideshow page under Settings.

Also it may be that the problem you identified have been resolved by the new release (v1.1), which places the divs that contain the images in a better location, as the first child and thus directly under, the container div.

Please let me know directly if you continue to have trouble after updating.

    Kind regards
    Michael
