Positioning of thumbnail when full=true

    My requirement is to show the full content of the latest post in a specified category on a page.
    Having checked out various plugins this seems like my best bet. This all works fine except for one issue.

    When the “full” parameter is set to true then the thumbnail (featured image) appears ABOVE the post text and not alongside it. This is different behaviour to when full=false, and indeed when displaying the post on a page of its own.
